What kind of books do you sell?
I create fun and educational colouring books and activity books for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children. Each book is designed to support learning through colouring, tracing, puzzles, and more!

What age group are your books designed for?
My books are designed for children aged 2 to 8 years old. They’re simple enough for toddlers to enjoy, yet engaging enough to spark creativity in older kids as well.
What sizes are the books?
Most of our books are A4 size (8.27 × 11.69 inches), perfect for little hands and lots of writing space. We’re also exploring other sizes in the future to suit different needs, so stay tuned!
Are the colouring pages single-sided?
Yes! Most of the colouring books have one-sided pages to prevent bleed-through.
What colouring tools can be used with these books?
My books work best with crayons, colouring pencils, and washable markers. We recommend avoiding heavy markers or paint, as they may bleed through the pages.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Since our books are printed on demand through Lulu, returns and refunds are limited and depend on Lulu’s return and refund policy. In most cases, we can only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or with a printing issue.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the delivery option chosen at checkout. Lulu provides an estimated delivery date before purchase.
Do you offer custom or personalised books?
At this time, I do not offer personalised books. However, I’m always working on new designs and themes – stay tuned for future releases!

What kind of printables do you sell?
I offer a variety of printable products such as activity sheets, colouring pages, learning resources, and more — all designed to be downloaded and printed at home.
How do I receive my printables after purchase?
Once you complete your purchase on Etsy, your files will be available for instant download. You’ll also receive a link via email to access your files.
Can I print the files as many times as I want?
Yes! All of my printables are for personal use only, but you’re welcome to print them as many times as you like for yourself or your household.
What size are the printables?
Most files are designed in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm). Check each listing for exact sizing and included file formats.
What do I need to open and print the files?
You’ll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), and a standard home printer or access to a print shop.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat to open and print my files?
You don’t have to use Adobe Acrobat, but I strongly recommend it — especially for PDF files. It’s free and helps ensure the printable looks exactly as designed, with no formatting issues.
Can I use these printables for commercial purposes?
No — all of my printables are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of the digital files or prints is not permitted.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, I don’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have any trouble with your order, though, please contact me — I’m happy to help!
Can you customise a printable for me?
I currently don’t offer customisation, but I’m always open to suggestions. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, feel free to message me!

How do I get the free printables?
Just browse the Free Printables section of my website. You can download and print anything you like — no email required.

What format are the printables in?
All printables come in PDF format, which is easy to open and print at home using free software like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
